B34 Professional Strip-cut Shredder uses an Energy Management and Control System to reduce energy consumption by 90 percent. Strip-cut shredder automatically switches to energy-saving mode in 2 minutes after last use and switches off entirely if not used for 4 hours. Temporary mode is designed for small shredding jobs, and permanent mode is designed for large shredding jobs. Security level 2 setting shreds up to 27 sheets at a time into 1/8" strips. Cutting speed is 17' per minute. Two solid steel, cutting cylinders are subject to practically no wear and no sharpening and are made with a laser-cut and special heat treating process for a more precise cut. Shredder also offers a 12-1/5" throat opening, shred-bin level indicator, level indicator, removable waste container, folding safety element and continuous motor operation. Waste bin holds up to 26.4 gallons. Shredder rolls on four casters.
